You have the right to refuse the purchase if, upon examining the goods received by mail or delivered by the courier, you find mechanical damage or other visible defects. You can exercise the right to return or replace purchased products. If there is a similar product in stock, we can offer to exchange it, or we can consider the option of exchanging it for another product you like.
If the product does not work for you, you have the right to return or exchange it for proper quality products within 14 days after purchase.
If you cancel the order after paying for it, you will be refunded the full amount (or an alternative is offered within the amount paid), excluding delivery costs.
The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the goods were not in use, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (receipt for purchase, invoice, courier receipt or other documents) have been preserved.
If you wish to make an exchange or return of goods, you need to:- Inform us by e-mail sales@levelizeusa.com about the items to be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

- After we receive the package, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- When exchanging goods, you will send us your order and we will send you an agreed upon exchange option. In this case, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
- If a factory defect is detected, you can return or exchange your order. In this case, all shipping costs are covered by the seller.
Preservation of the presentation, consumer qualities, etc., the presence of a postal document (check) on receipt of the goods are essential. There should be no signs of use (wear). As soon as we receive the goods, we refund you immediately.
